About The MindStore Institute

The MindStore Institute in Stuttgart Germany, opened its doors in October 2006. Founded by Course Director of MindStore Germany, Klaus Pertl and his close friend Lothar Hirneise, the Institute is a fantasic centre which provides a venue for corporate programmes, retreats and holistic health care. It is located 13 miles east of Stuttgart (South Germany) in a wonderful and picturesque rural setting.

To reach the centre you will drive up a mountain through fruit orchards and vineyards to reach the small village of Buoch (700 inhabitants). The Institute is located 500 yards outside the village next to the forest.

We have 20 wonderful and spacious bedrooms, a fantastic seminar room facing the forest and we will provide you with healthy and delicious food prepared by our own chef.

Receipe for Budwig Oil Protein Breakfast.

Dr Budwig recommends eating the following at least once a week, but daily is preferable. If you have cancer, heart disease or an immune system disorder she recommends once a day (twice a day is optimal).

Take 3 tablespoons of linseed oil mixed with 100g of Quark; best to also use about 3 tablespoons of skimmed milk (fresh and not homogenised) to create a smooth mixture. You can use more or less oil, it depends on your personal taste, but the Quark has to fully absorb the oil, so if it doesn’t you have used too much oil. Add 1 teaspoon of Agave juice or honey and 2 tablespoons of freshly grinded linseeds.

Then use a mixture of fresh organic fruits (any fruits that are in season e.g. apples, berries, peaches, grapes etc but not bananas because of their high carbohydrate level which pushes the blood sugar level very high very quickly). If you want you can improve the flavour further by adding vanilla or cinnamon. Finally, add some organic nuts.
