The Line in the Sand Retreat

The Line in the Sand is a 5 day retreat process set in an inspirational and naturally challenging setting a truly different off site experience.

The unique and profound event initiates a fresh and authentic commitment. It is powered through a deep and meaningful dialogue; releasing a lasting momentum towards significant and compelling growth.

Specific components of the residential engagement brings an individual and team freedom to discover, experience and harness our innate creativity and core intelligence.

Normally participants work with conditions of immense pressure huge responsibilities and ever widening complexity. Inevitably they witness a deep sense of separation even alienation and readily observe blocking, sabotage and destructive competition. The retreat simply dissolves the detached state resulting in an emergent consensus from our highest form of creativity driving the team and individuals, onward and upwards.

The Line in the Sand team expect to work closely with individual corporate teams but they will provide a limited number of open retreats to allow executives, entrepreneurs and other leaders to access the process.
